What is required at booking?
To secure your booking a $800 deposit is due to retain the date. This amount is deducted from the final balance and is non-refundable. This can be paid via bank deposit or by card. Once you are ready to book your client portal will be set up which has all your information including your invoice, payment information, contract and any extra details relevant to your day all on one link that you can access at any time.
How do I pay the outstanding balance?
The deposit is required at the time of booking but after that you are more than welcome to pay it off using a payment schedule or a lump sum at the end. The final balance is to be paid in full no later than 6 weeks before the wedding date. You can let me know when I am setting up your client portal whether you wish to use a payment schedule.
What about LGBT+?
Absolutely! JPannowitz Photography is all about inclusion and welcomes all ages, genders, shapes, sizes and identities.
Do we get all the photos?
Yes, you will receive all the photos I take on your special day. All the images are edited in high resolution with no watermarks. I average minimum fifty images per hour to ensure that no moments are missed.
When will I receive my photos?
For weddings it takes about 6 weeks for a full days worth of wedding photos to be delivered on a USB but you do get 10 images edited and ready to download within 48 hours of your big day.
Do you offer a second photographer?
If you have a large wedding or wish to have the both of you covered for pre-wedding preparations then I definitely suggest adding a second shooter.
My second photographer and I work beautifully together to ensure all aspects of your magical day are captured with you receiving all images that both of us take.
Should we chat before booking?
Absolutely, this can be done on the phone or via Skype/FaceTime.
Do you shoot destination weddings?
Absolutely...In addition to my normal package prices there will be an additional fee to cover flights, accommodation and travel expenses.
Can I upload my images to Social Media?
If you are wanting to share these special moments with your family and friends via social media I highly suggest you add the "Social Media Format" extra ($150) to your package. Facebook & Instagram do not like high resolution photos and will use their own algorithm to shrink the image to a size they prefer. In doing so this can make the image turn out blurry and not display it beautifully as you can see on your USB. For this extra I use a special program to carefully minimise the size of the files making them perfect for social media without losing their q uality.
